Logging in with Apple on PixAI may lead to some issues for our users. It sucks, we get it, and we are here to help.
The PixAI main site does not support Logging in with Apple.
If your PixAI account was linked with Apple previously, you have to unlink and re-link your Apple account in order for this method to work on the App.

I used Apple to log in to the PixAI App. It logged me into an empty account
We are really sorry this is happening. This means that the PixAI App has created a new account for you. Luckily, your original account data is still safely stored with us, here's how to retrieve it:
Use an alternative method to log in to the App.
If you have an alternative way to log into your original account (email, google, twitter, etc.), please use your alternative method to log in on the PixAI App. This should take you to the original account.
How to set up Apple login on the App
Once you have access to your original account, If you wish to set up Apple login on the App, you need to delete the empty account first.
Then, log in to your original account, go to your profile settings and go to "Account".
choose the "Link with Apple" option. This should allow you to log in with your Apple account smoothly in the future.
What if I don't have an alternative login method?
If Apple is your only login method. Please visit the PixAI.art website where we have an account retrieval pathway for you.
Log in with Apple
On the login window on the website, choose "Other services" and then "Continue with Apple account". This should allow you to login to your original account.
Set up an alternative login method
Navigate to profile settings and set up an email adress and password or an alternative third-party login method for your account. You should be able to access the PixAI App with this new method going forward.
How to set up Apple login on the App
Once you have access to your original account, If you wish to set up Apple login on the App, you need to delete the empty account first.
Log into the PixAI App with the new method
Use the new login method you just set up on the website to log into your original account on the PixAI App.
Unlink and re-link your Apple account
In order for Apple login to work on the App in the future, we need to have you unlink and re-link your Apple account.
Go to your profile settings and go to "Account".
Then, tap on the "Link with Apple" option again to re-link your Apple account with the App. This should allow you to log in with your Apple account smoothly in the future.
I used my Apple account to log into the PixAI.art website. It logged me into an empty account.
Apple login is currently unavailable for the PixAI.art main site. If you logged into an empty account through the pathway, that means that PixAI did not recognize your Apple account and has created a new account for you. We suggest doing the following:
Use an alternative method to log in
If you have an alternative way to log into your original account (email, google, twitter, etc.), please use your alternative method to log in on the PixAI website.
This should take you to your original account
Once you are sure that you have access to your original account, feel free to delete the empty account that was created by mistake.
What if I don't have an alternative login method?
If Apple is your only login method. Please use the PixAI App to set up an alternative login first.

From here, go to your profile settings and go to "Account", then, set up an email address or an alternative third-party login method.
